Use and Maintenance

Use: Use your sleeping bag on a mat to protect it from rough surfaces. Avoid wearing dirty clothes inside the bag, as oils and dirt can reduce insulation over time.

Compression: Start rolling it from the foot end, releasing the air as you go. Use a larger compression bag for easier storage and a waterproof bag to protect it from moisture.
