TheMountain Packcombines four main elements, chosen for their effectiveness and durability on multi-day backpacking trips.

TheEverest 40 backpackIt offers a capacity of 40 liters, making it an ideal compromise between carrying volume and comfort. It weighs approximately 1.2 kg and is made of abrasion-resistant 600D polyester. It features a semi-rigid back frame for good support, a padded hip belt, and a ventilated back for air circulation. Its multiple compression straps and external attachment points allow for efficient attachment of a tent, sleeping mat, or trekking poles.

TheMountain 2 DLX tentDesigned for two people, this tent is built to withstand extended trekking conditions. It features a double-layer polyester roof with a 3000 mm PU coating, guaranteeing real waterproofing against sustained rain. The Oxford PE floor offers 5000 mm resistance, preventing any water infiltration from the ground. The 8.5 mm fiberglass poles ensure a stable and wind-resistant structure. The seams are heat-sealed, and two entrances with mosquito netting provide ventilation and easy access. The average setup time is about ten minutes.

TheMicropak 1200 sleeping bagcompletes the sleeping set. It is designed for temperatures between +8 °C (comfort) and +3 °C (limit), with an extreme temperature rating of –8 °C. It is filled with 300 g/m² hollow fibers, offers effective insulation for spring or autumn conditions, and weighs approximately 1.3 kg. Its outer fabric is 210T Ripstop polyester, tear-resistant, and it has a left or right side closure depending on the need for duo assembly.

Finally, thepolyester sleeping bag linerand thecompression bagThey optimize storage and extend the lifespan of the sleeping gear. The sheet improves hygiene and makes cleaning easier, while the compression bag reduces the overall volume for transport.

Assembly and Use

1. Is the Mountain Pack suitable for winter?

No. TheMicropak 1200is designed for temperatures above 0 °C. For winter conditions, you should opt for theMicropak 1500Dfrom the Winter Pack.

2. Can two people stay there with all their equipment?

Yes. The tent.Mountain 2 DLXcomfortably accommodates two adults with light luggage. All equipment (tent, sleeping gear, accessories) is provided for a self-sufficient duo.

3. What is the average assembly time?

Approximately10 minutesalone, 6–7 minutes with two people, thanks to the color coding of the eyelets and grommets.

4. Can the backpack be washed?

Yes, by hand: lukewarm water and neutral soap, without complete immersion, then air dry.

5. What is the average lifespan of the pack?

Between5 and 8 years olddepending on frequency of use and maintenance. The elements can be replaced individually.

6. Is the pack resistant to prolonged rain?

Yes, up to3000 mm water column, or sustained rain for several hours, provided that the double roof is properly tensioned and the waterproofness is maintained (annual water repellent spray recommended).
